Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the EV Compound experience to be straightforward — including when it comes to billing. This page explains your options clearly and plainly.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your EV Compound subscription at any time — there are no lock-in contracts, no exit fees, and no questions asked.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all platform features during this time. Once the billing period ends, your access will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Log in to your account

Go to evcompound.com and sign in to your account.

Go to Account Settings

Navigate to your account settings or billing page from the dashboard.

Select "Cancel Subscription"

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not immediately delete your account or data. Your account will remain accessible in a limited state after your billing period ends. If you would like your account and personal data fully deleted, please contact us at [email protected] after cancelling.

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

New subscriber? You're covered for 7 days.

If you subscribe to EV Compound and decide within 7 days that it's not right for you, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no reason required. We're confident in the value we provide, and we want you to feel comfortable giving us a try.

To request a cooling-off refund, simply email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Cooling-Off Refund Request" within 7 days of your initial subscription date. We will process your refund within 5 business days and confirm by email once complete.

Please note that once a cooling-off refund is issued, your access to EV Compound will be terminated and your subscription cancelled immediately.

One per customer, strictly enforced: The 7-day cooling-off period is available once per person for the lifetime of their relationship with EV Compound. Eligibility is assessed by individual, not by account — creating a new email address or account does not reset your entitlement. EV Compound reserves the right to use name, email address, payment method details, and other information to identify returning customers. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe the cooling-off policy is being abused — including re-subscribing under different account details to obtain repeat refunds — we reserve the right to decline the request and permanently restrict access to the platform.

Refund Policy

EV Compound subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. Outside of the 7-day cooling-off period, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for time remaining on a cancelled subscription as a general rule.

However, we do consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always act fairly and in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Losing Month Guarantee

We back ourselves. If we lose, you don't pay.

If EV Compound records a net losing calendar month across all published selections, every active subscriber who was paying throughout that month will receive a full refund of their subscription fee for that month — automatically, no claim required.

A month is considered a losing month when the cumulative yield across all selections officially published by EV Compound during that calendar month is negative — meaning the total recommended stake returned less than was wagered, based on closing line odds. EV Compound's published results record is the sole reference point for this determination.

Who is eligible?

Subscribers who held an active paid subscription for the entire calendar month in question. If you joined mid-month, a pro-rata refund may be issued at EV Compound's discretion.

How is the refund issued?

Where a losing month is confirmed, EV Compound will proactively notify all eligible subscribers by email within 10 business days of month end and process refunds within a further 5 business days. You do not need to submit a claim.

Does this cancel my subscription?

No. The refund is issued for the losing month only. Your subscription continues as normal into the following month unless you choose to cancel.

Can I still cancel?

Yes. Receiving a losing month refund does not affect your right to cancel at any time under Section 01 of this policy.

Important: The losing month guarantee applies to EV Compound's overall published results record for the month — not to individual selections or your personal betting outcomes. Results vary depending on staking, odds obtained, and bookmaker restrictions specific to each user.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The ACL gives you certain non-excludable consumer guarantees in relation to services.

You may be entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if EV Compound fails to deliver its service with due care and skill, fails to provide the service within a reasonable time, or if the service is not fit for the purpose described. In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the service and receive a full or partial refund for any unused portion.

How to make an ACL claim: Contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au or your relevant state consumer protection agency.

Pricing Changes

EV Compound reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We are committed to being transparent and fair about any such changes.

If we increase our subscription price, we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address before the new price takes effect. The notice will clearly state:

The current price and the new price

The date the new price will take effect

A reminder that you can cancel your subscription before the new price applies

If you continue using EV Compound after the effective date of the price change, your continued use will be taken as acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not wish to be charged the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.

Early Access pricing (where offered) is subject to change when EV Compound moves out of its early access phase. Members on Early Access pricing will receive the same 30 days' notice before any pricing transition.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues quickly — including issuing a cooling-off refund if you are within the 7-day window — without the need for a formal dispute.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in the suspension or termination of your account. If a chargeback is found in our favour, we reserve the right to recover any associated fees.
